CCTV systems have become ubiquitous
It seems that some of the gloomy fantasy of Orwell’s “1984″ has become a reality. According to some "unconfirmed" market research reports there may be now as many as 6 million CCTV cameras in UK: one for every ten people, and a person can be captured on over 400 cameras each day. CCTV cameras have become commodities sold in supermarkets. Big Brother is indeed watching. This is nothing new, but a little reminder is needed every now and again to keep whipper snappers in line. So be good.
